McNamee & Associates promotes and supports the positive development of infants, young children, and families through developmentally appropriate, culturally-sensitive, relationship and play-based therapies, as well as supporting providers in the community through consultation and training. We are a small therapeutic practice that provides in-home services throughout the Denver Metro and surrounding areas.  Our services work to support children with developmental delays and/or disabilities and focus on infant/early childhood mental health, positive social/emotional development, challenging behavior, and supporting children with autism spectrum disorders.  We also provide Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation to five (5) Head Start sites in Denver and Jefferson Counties.

Supervision – both individual and team – is provided for all clinicians and therapists, including those working towards their clinical social work and professional counselor licenses.  McNamee & Associates, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is currently looking for one or two providers to support babies, young children, and families in Adams, Denver, and Jefferson Counties.  These positions have the option to be full- or part-time.


  • Build strong relationships with children, families, caregivers, teachers, and providers
  • Early Intervention:
    • Plan and implement intervention services that are individualized to each child’s/family’s needs
    • Provide creative strategies that fit into each family’s daily routines and help to meet family goals, as well as provide education on child development and support families in their journey​
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Document progress and set new goals
  • Complete screenings, evaluations, and reports, as needed


  • Licensed mental health professional in the state of Colorado (LSW*, LCSW, LPCC*, LPC, LMFT)
  • Training/experience/interest working with children birth-5, their families, and their teachers
  • Understanding of family systems is a must; understanding of infant/early childhood mental health, child development (an overall understanding of development in children birth-3 is important, though a strong understanding of social-emotional development is most important), and autism spectrum disorders are strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Interest in providing home- and community-based supports and services
